The football season is over. Well, at least if you live in Wisconsin. So, we have to search for an alternate form of entertainment to keep the weekends exciting, and give us something to look forward to during the week. I am still searching. Could NASCAR be the answer? Probably not. I lost my fake mullet at the Bon Jovi concert two years ago. And besides that, I don't drink beer that is sold for 10 bucks a 30 pack.
I guess the football season isn't over yet. We still have to crown New England as the greatest team...EVER! Should we put an asterik next to their 19-0 season? Because of the cheating and unfair advantages? Or bow down to them in jealousy wishing that it would have happened to our Packers?
In my last blog, I kind of hinted that it would be better to have the Packers lose to the Giants. In all reality, if the Pack had won, what are the odds that they would beat New England? In all honesty, I don't think that there is a team in the NFC that deserves to be in Arizona in two weeks. I could pick 3, maybe 4 teams out of the AFC that deserve to be in the big game than the NFC teams. The tables will turn, and the NFC will dominate once again. It's just a revolving door. Our time will come. But until then, I guess we count down til' August. When the preseason starts. |
