1.8.08: New Start
I'm not one to make new year resolutions. I figure if a person wants to make a change in their life they should just make up their mind to do it no matter what time of year it is. Having said that, I noticed that in my head I made some resolutions to myself for this year. I find it funny how the start of a new year has had such an effect on me when it never has in the past.
So, my resolve is to stick to a diet and exercise plan that I had started last year. I felt so much better when I was eating right and exercising. It seems logical that a body would want to continue down that same path. But it is human nature to take the easy way out and so I slipped back into the unhealthful eating habits and couch potato ways. We all do.
Help keep me on track. Call me to check on my progress every once in a while. It'll help me. And I'll try to help you too if you have a resolution or goal you would like to meet in 2008. You don't have to tell me what it is...but if you ever need words of encouragement just drop me an email. We're all in this together.
