Prostitution and dance music.
Being the news guy, I've already read more than I care to know about the New York Governor Eliot Spitzer case. I'm personally torn over the issue.
One one hand, I think in general, people should be able to spend their hard earned money however they choose. Also, for the most case private affairs shouldn't turn into the public life. Then again, people who are thrust into the limelight, whether they are celebrities, politicians or other need to know how things operate. We have freedom of press, and yes, that includes dirty laundry.
On the other hand, I don't feel to bad for Spitzer getting caught, because he used to be New York's top cop and should have known better. At least, he should of covered his tracks better.
The variables here are the conspiracy theories that are coming out. As Attorney General, I'm sure Spitzer had the opportunity to upset a lot of people who operate outside the law. Could this all be a revenge plot?
In any case, this is one of the more bizarre aspects of the case. The call girl in question is an aspiring musician, who apparently makes Britney Spears-type dance music. Is she good looking? Yes. Would I ever buy her album? Probably not. You can judge for yourself.
