 Sometimes I feel like I identify with Charlie Brown. You know how he picked out the tiny tree that everyone thought was too small, but then by the end, everyone was on board with the little tree? That’s how I feel when I cook. If people who know how to cook watch what I’m doing, they think I’m crazy. If they just wait until the end result, USUALLY they will be on board with me because what I make usually turns out to be at least edible.
