The vote off.  Though only one of the people who I would have chosen to be eliminated from Idol last night was actually booted, Chad got two right, and the hat (Randomly chosen names) also got one right.  I thought most of the 4 were on the bubble, but I didn’t expect Robbie Carrico to be voted off this soon.  He used to be in a boy band, and now he wants to be a rocker, so as Simon pointed out, he had a bit of an identity problem.  Simon didn’t know exactly how to classify him.

I haven’t completely attached to any of the contestants yet.  Hopefully I’ll have clear favorites very soon!  At this point, I think I’m leaning toward David Hernandez, Carly Smithson, Brooke White, and even though she had a terrible week, I hope Amanda Overmyer and Michael Johns can come back strong this week.
