The big race to the finish has begun.
What race, what finish? Well, if you're like me, you might identify.
I have three children, ages 9, 14, and 17. All attend school and participate in a variety of extra-curricular activities, many of which require transportation, parent attendance, or both.
Add to that the spring sports that have just begun (soccer, baseball, etc) plus the recitals, spring concerts, graduations and other parties that come through the end of the school year and you've got a MASSIVE CLUSTER OF STUFF THAT'S ALL HAPPENING AT THE SAME TIME.
For six more weeks. And then, it's done.
Just like that the last day of school comes and almost all the activities immediately either go away or shift into the much less intense summer mode.
Ahhhhh. That will be nice. Summer can't come quicly enough. |
